National Writers Series presents

A virtual conversation with Scott Turow

MAY 20, 2020

Due to COVID-19, all NWS imperson events have been canceled through July. Ticket purchasers will receive a full refund from the City Opera House.

An Evening with Scott Turow will now be a virtual event on Wednesday, May 20, at 7pm via zoom. Guest host is Patrick Livingston, news director at 7&7 UpNorth Live.

A copy of Scott's new book is still available at Horizon at the 20% discount with free curbside delivery.

We're quite eager to hear from Turow—he's still a practicing lawyer and he writes legal thrillers. You've probably heard of Presumed Innocent and The Burden of Proof. His new book, coming out May 12, is The Last Trial and is about an 85-year-old defense attorney who decides to defend one last client—a longtime friend accused of murder. What could possibly go wrong?
