About Rush Tickets:
How much do they cost?
Rush tickets are $20/each in person day-of only.
How many can I buy?
Each member may purchase up to 2 rush tickets per show at the box office.
How will I know rush tickets are available?
On the morning of the show, you will receive a text message containing all the relevant details.
When and where can I purchase rush tickets?
Rush tickets will be available for purchase 30 minutes before the start of the show in person at the box office.
Which seating options are available with rush tickets?
Best available seats at time of purchase.
Are rush tickets available at all City Opera House performances?
Rush tickets are available for our "Platinum Series" shows. Due to our contracts with artists, we cannot guarantee rush tickets for non-Platinum shows - but surprise rush tickets may be announced! We'll keep you in the loop with email and text communications, so stay tuned.
Are there fees on top of my ticket purchase?
Nope! Just a flat $20 fee.

How do I redeem my member benefits?
To redeem tours and tickets, contact the box office at [email protected] and have your member number ready.
How long is my membership valid?
Your membership is valid for 12 months from the time you join. Silver and gold level perks (free tickets and tours) will renew on a yearly basis, even if you have a monthly subscription plan.
How will I know when my membership is about to expire, or be renewed?
You will be contacted via email with renewal options. Monthly memberships will automatically renew each month, including after the initial 12 month period. To cancel, please contact [email protected]
When will my membership dues be paid each month?
Your credit card will automatically be charged each month one day before the date you joined. Example: A member who joins on the 4th of July will be charged on the 3rd of August, the 3rd September, and so on.
Can I change my membership tier partway through the year?
Sure! Contact the box office at [email protected] and have your member number ready.
Can I purchase a membership for someone as a gift?
How nice. YES! Yearly memberships are available as gifts. Just contact the box office at [email protected]
When is the Annual Membership Bash?
June! Our Platinum Performing Arts Season generally runs from September through May, and the bash rounds out the year!
