Ushers may ask families with children who are noisy or disruptive to leave the theatre and continue watching on the lobby monitor. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Our family shows offer a great introduction to the performing arts, theater etiquette and more. These shows are often shorter and may include an educational component such as a “Talk Back” with the actors or study guide.

When in doubt, please contact our Box Office for information that will allow you to make your own decision regarding age appropriateness.

  • Since we host so many different events, our offerings might look a little different from performance to performance. At most of our events, you can expect to find the bar open 30 minutes before the show.

  • All sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets may not be exchanged for a different event.

In the event a performance is canceled or rescheduled, the Box Office notifies all ticket purchasers promptly by email or phone. Updates are also posted on Facebook. For canceled, non-rescheduled events, refunds will be issued to the purchaser of the tickets, processed by the method of payment originally used. For rescheduled events, ticket purchasers will have the option of attending the event at the rescheduled date or receiving a refund by returning the tickets to the Box Office. These refunds are time sensitive, and must be completed before the rescheduled event to be valid.
