Position Title: Youth and Community Engagement Coordinator (Part-Time)
Reports To: Executive Director
Status: Part-Time (approximately 20 hours per week with growth potential - 20% remote possible)

Position Summary

The Youth and Community Engagement Coordinator is a new part-time position dedicated to strengthening connections between the performing arts and the children, families, and educational communities of the greater Traverse area. This role will build and sustain partnerships with local schools, school districts, community organizations, and family-focused groups to expand access to arts experiences, foster arts education, and cultivate the next generation of audiences and participants.

The ideal candidate is community-minded, highly organized, and passionate about the arts as a tool for education, enrichment, and connection.
